Can you each describe your role in your most recent project and how you collaborated?
I was the lead software engineer on a mobile app redesign. My role involved coding the front-end, optimizing performance, and coordinating with Riley’s team to align on features. We had daily stand-ups to sync, and I’d provide technical feedback on proposed designs.
As the product manager, I defined the project scope, gathered user requirements, and prioritized the feature backlog. I worked closely with Jamie to ensure the technical feasibility of our goals. Those stand-ups were key for resolving blockers quickly.

What was the biggest challenge you faced during this project?
The biggest challenge was managing technical debt while meeting tight deadlines. We had to refactor some legacy code to support new features, which took longer than planned. I worked late nights to keep us on track, but it was stressful.
nods I’ll pass on this one since Jamie covered the technical side, but I felt the pressure on the timeline from the stakeholder side, too.
How do you both ensure effective communication across technical and non-technical teams? Answer the question together so one answer can have multiple respondents for the ui to test out.
speaking together We are not real people and this text is just for an example to show that two people can reply together, or at least both be attributed as contributing to the same answer. For testing sake, lets say they also said a URL: google.com
I focus on active listening and asking clarifying questions. I make sure to bridge the gap by summarizing technical discussions for stakeholders and relaying their feedback in a way that’s actionable for the dev team.
